[...]a parte que me anda a lixar a cabeça é qual a razão do respiro do carter me ter mandado oleo para os cilindros, o preto que se vê é oleo, ta nos colectores, turbo e intercoler... tinha sido tudo limpo antes de motar no carro.. é suficiente para pingar mas não baixou o nivel.. acho estranho que o outro motor na rodagem nunca consumiu oleo e este ficou assim.. oleo nas valvulas é uma possivel causa de sobreaquecerem e queimarem...
Acredito que isso faça aumentar a temperatura delas, mas só se fizesses algumas duas ou três vascos a fundo é que eu acreditaria neste cenário que falas aqui.Vou mais para defeito de fabrico do material. Acredito que tenhas revisto tudo ao mais pequeno pormenor, portanto... só se te escapou algo elementar! O que não me parece, portanto...
..no laughing this end.This happens when the in-cylinder temp is high enough to melt the ex valves when they open ie: when they are not protected by the head transfer through the valve seat.Why should the temp be that high? Because the mixture is still burning at that point in the ex valve event and it should not be. In other words there is some abnormal/random combustion event taking place on the affected cylinders. There are dozens of potential causes not the least of which is interference cylinder-cylinder from the exhaust manifold. That can cause such contamination of the incoming charge that the engine is almost impossible to calibrate effectively.GC
mistura pobre faz pufff.tenho um carro que em vez de ser uma valvula foi logo o pistons , mas derreteu o piston mesmo , tinha uma biela cheia de alluminio derretido.
